Springworks Project Title: Historically Black College and University (HBCU) Entrepreneurship Initiative

Springworks Project Description: My MBA capstone project will analyze the current efforts and effectiveness of HBCUs in preparing students and recent alumni for entrepreneurship.  I plan to use this analysis to guide a future recommendation on how to build HBCUs capabilities and capacity to effectively and efficiently, foster entrepreneurship and become premier incubators for talented minority entrepreneurs. This final output of this project will be a report that highlights my findings and if appropriate, outlines a programmatic framework that can be adopted by HBCUs interested in prioritizing entrepreneurship within their curriculums.
