Springworks Project Title: Project 2020- Business School Cases on Featured Entrepreneur

Springworks Project Description: Two business school cases showcase one female entrepreneur found in Project 2020′s initial data gathering. The featured entrepreneur is Alexa von Tobel, founder of LearnVest, an online company that helps women make financial decisions. One case explores Alexa’s approach for securing a Board of Directors for her company, showing that women tend to be strategic and thorough in this decision making process. The other case examines the role of gender in impact investing and applies a gender lens to all stakeholders in the social venture community, including the end customer, founder/ CEO, and investor.
